Our streamlined process is designed to ensure that every detail is meticulously handled, from the initial consultation to the final delivery. Explore how we collaborate with you to bring your vision to life through expert photography and creative solutions.
Initial Consultation
We review your initial request and gather details to understand your needs. Afterwards, we respond via email with additional information, including previously completed image, or request further details to better tailor our services to your project. For large volume or creative projects that require close collaboration with team members like lifestyle or lookbook shoots, we arrange a phone call with all relevant team members to discuss your vision in detail.
Planning and Concept Development
We collaborate with you to define the direction and scope of the project. We outline the key elements needed for the shoot, including image specification, shot lists, filenaming structure, mood boards, and scheduling to ensure everything is well-organized. For on-model shoots we prefer that someone from your team is present. If this is not possible we can setup a live shoot where you can view remotely.
Sample Shoot and Approval
For product shoots or ghost mannequin, after we receive your item, we perform a test shoot to refine our approach and ensure we’re aligned with your expectations.We share the sample images with you for feedback and make adjustments as needed before proceeding with the full shoot
Full Shoot
We complete the full photography session, capturing your products or garments flatlay, ghost mannequin or on-model.
Client Selection Process
We provide an online contact sheet with the full shoot for your review. Here you can choose your preferred images and provide any additional comments or markup.
Post-production & Retouching
We perform our final colour correction process, detailed retouching and enhancements to ensure the images are polished and professional
Quality Assurance
We conduct a thorough review to confirm that the images meet all specifications and quality standards. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the final product is flawless.
Final Image Delivery
We provide the final high-resolution images via cloud server in TIF and in your preferred format and sized for your ecommerce store.
Client Review
We invite you to review the final images and ensure they meet your expectations. We address any concerns and make the necessary adjustments.
Return Items
We carefully pack everything in the package it was received and ready it for pick-up or delivery
